Two Moorhens were seen, one running through a garden and one on a pond swimming through some reeds.
One Yellowhammer was seen sitting on a telegraph wire singing.
Three Magpies were seen flying from bush to bush.
Lots of Swallows were flying about everywhere.
Two Mistle Thrushes were seen one when I got out of the minibus and one in the woods.
House Martins were also seen in abundance like the swallows. We spotted a double nest made on a house.
Common Terns were flying over the ponds and on the beach.
Linnets were seen flying into woods.
Lots of Canada Geese were seen on a river-bank.
Herons were spotted near the river looking for fish.
Oystercatchers were flying about in ones and twos.
Black-Headed Gulls were also flying about in ones and twos.
A family of Goldfinches were spotted in the woods.
A few Swifts were flying over the woods.
Lapwings were also flying about in ones and twos and I spotted a Lapwing's nest on a small island in the middle of a pond.
Coots were swimming in the ponds and we also spotted a Coot's nest in some reeds.
Two Mute Swans and some cygnets were seen swimming on a pond.
A Sedge Warbler was seen in some reeds near a pond.
Avocets were seen on the ponds, on one pond there were about five feeding and on another pond there were two fighting with some Black-Headed Gulls.
A Red-Legged Partridge was seen near a pond.
Woodpigeons were seen on a fence.
Redshanks were on the same pond as the Avocets were.
A Lesser Black-Backed Gull was seen whilst eating our lunch on the beach.
Reed Buntings were seen first on a bush then in some reeds near a pond.
Skylarks were seen flying and singing above a marshland area.
